We have been asked in the pro shop a lot this week about competition results and HowDidiDo, where a lot of you get the competition results from. Apparently of late the HowDidiDo site has not posted your results. We have no input or control of the results they post as they take data straight from the results we post from our club 2000 handicap system so please feel free to contact HowDidiDo as they must have a glitch in there system?
We are now taking entries for the summer singles and pairs. The draw will take place on the 19th of may so you have over a month to enter.
I'm still loving the FlightScope and the results it's giving me and the people I've been working with. Take these figures from Lloyd Brookes, they are only a few weeks apart but Lloyd can see the improvements we have made to his swing via the data. The first is angle of attack; it has gone from a plus figure to minus 1.8 which is about perfect, this means a descending blow not one climbing up out of the shot (do you never take a divot or a huge steep one?). The second and important number is the club path which was an average of 8 degrees left i.e. across the ball. This figure is a big part of why so many of you slice your shots. The figure this week was 1.4 degrees left - a huge improvement! Well done Lloyd, just the open clubface to correct and you will be flying.

New stock in the week with Dwyers trousers and shorts, they're so good I've have ordered 4 pairs!
PING adjustable length putters very clever and beautifully made.
And this year's adidas adicross shoes, our best selling shoe of last year, in some new colours.
And as always we will price match and you won't have to wait in for the postman or return it the same way if you're not happy
