Another sparking week of tour golf this week at Whistling Straights over a thousand bunkers can you believe that!
Even though Justin Rose was about to pay off my credit card I was very pleased Jason Day won, his very genuine emotion on the 18th green was very touching as he couldn't hold back the floods of tears. And with a staggering score of -20 the best man won be US PGA Championship.
I have added a new service to the shop we have always re gripped clubs but now we can fit grips perfectly to your hand size as well as increasing the grip choices ,and we aim to turn the grips around in one day.
The Texas Scramble had a good turn out this year and it was your chance to post a score only Jason Day could beat, the winning team was Graham Denham Ian Rodgers A Nicol and Marian Kalnovic With a score of nett 58 winning by just .9 of a shot.
The greens have now had there essential maintenance seems a shame to spike and dress as they were so good but it has to be done now so that the holes knit back together before the growing season slows down.
The boys worked flat out over three days to get it done and to get that into context Stoneham are shut this week to do the same job.
I did have every intention to make a instructional video this week but my frustration with the wind affection the sound lead to this.
Enjoy the rest of the newsletter and have a great weekend.

Many of you will have seen how effective the R15 was for Jason Day at Whistling Straits. Despite being long, no doubt the Australian has his big stick dialled in for his game. For amateur golfers this is even more important. Speak to us about custom fitting and help with your adjustability options.
