Championship Winners

A busy week here at the club with lots of tournament golf being played. The Seniors had there championship last week and the winner as our very own course marshal Ricky "The sheriff" Caws who's 86 was enough on a testing day to take the victory. 

The Marwell par 3 championship was not supported particularly well but the cream did rise to the top as this year's Club Champion Liam Spencer won more silverware with his score of 57 for 18 holes over the Marwell course. 

This week we have another cup competition with the Parkland trophy, the course is in beautiful condition and I am especially impressed with the fairways as they have a perfect covering.

  

 

Tickets Available 

One of our members, Larry Edwards, has offered me two tickets for the last day of The Open Championship at Royal Birkdale. 

If you are going up to see if young Harry can compete over the weekend then these tickets are perfect, it is first come first served.
