The clocks changing signals the start of the golfing season, everything seems that little bit better with the lighter evenings. The Green keeping work on the greens is now completed with just one more light dressing to do and the greens will grow in perfectly. 


 

On Saturday we welcomed back the Hampshire girls with the national "Get into Golf" programme. We actually had 15 new girls who are here for another six weeks. They're so keen and willing to learn that the next 5 weeks are certain to be fun. 




The fixture list is 90% complete so I will give you some key dates next week. We've added is a handicap championship that will be played the same day as the scratch championship, a multi nation's style event and a Wednesday pm roll up.
