This week has been another busy one for our green keepers with the Parkland being closed as the greens get their spring maintenance. Less of a Core treatment this time as the unit on the back of the tractor was fitted with a solid tine.
The weather was kind so the recovery should be short and back to an ever better surface than they were before.
The lovely Alexia has asked me to kindly request that you do not leave your bags and trollies outside the green side bar or on the path as it's a potential hazard that the club has to take some responsibility for. Thank you
Don't forget the upcoming two demo days with TaylorMade on the 5th of April and Cobra on the 23rd of April.
This will coincide nicely with the season opener as the Masters starts on 6th of April and my bet on Tiger at 50-1 is not looking so smart!
New in this week Sketchers shoes PING putters and a very sexy red TaylorMade Spider Jason Day TP tour putter
This week's competition was a stableford on the Greenwood.
The division winners were GrahamFox Division One with 36 Pts. PhilMann Division Two with 36 points and he got cut! Division Three was won by GlenFeltham on 35 Pts.
It's the same again this week with another Greenwood stableford.
