Well if June was a wet month September has stated to make up for it as I write this its 28 degrees outside!

An update on course works from Dan the head green keeper. 

We have now completed a full over seed of both course greens. Along with over sowing 15th & 18th Tees on parkland and they were in poor condition. This has been followed up by a light top dressing and matted in. 

Next week we will be completing the areas of deep rough that are large tractor cannot reach, with a small ride-on mower. 

Then depending on weather the week after will see the tractor hit the main deep rough for a second time, this should leave us in good shape for the coming winter months.
