Another kind week from the weather gods and the courses are improving by the day!

The ever successful seniors section had their Foursomes competition on Monday 9 May it was won by Ian Bastin and Robbie Warren. 38 players took part in the competition.


 

I decided to move with the times and move away from my bladed irons truth is I needed more distance and my old set were better off in the hands of the pro shops young stallion Liam. I have gone for the TaylorMade M2 tour with a c taper 105 shaft from the tests I've gained 15 yards on my 7 iron. I am very much looking to get them out on a course and see if the fitting I did on myself preformed as well as the trial iron.

  

This is the last week of the battery trade in its the perfect time to ditch that tired lead battery for £25 and swap to a lithium light power plant. Only four left!
